This warranty information relates to products sold by Turbo Master Australia Pty Ltd ('TMA'), ABN 11 623 759 857, PO Box 4694, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113, phone 1300 160 808, email

Turbochargers sold by TMA are covered by a 12 month / 20,000 km warranty (whichever occurs earlier).

Our warranty excludes performance turbochargers, turbo kits, turbo upgrades and accessories. These products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only.

If you return an item to TMA under warranty, we may choose to either repair your product, provide you with an exchange or issue a refund. We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Your warranty may become void if
  • The product has been thrown away, destroyed, lost or damaged through no fault of ours
  • The product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, damage or abnormal conditions
  • The product has been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions, e.g. it has been installed in a vehicle other than that specified by the manufacturer
  • The product has been involved in an accident
  • The product has been damaged because of an incorrect attempt at installation, modification or repair, e.g. installation was not done by a qualified workshop/mechanic.
  • The product has deteriorated through normal wear and tear.
  • Too much time has passed. The right to reject the goods runs from the date of supply to you, until the fault or problem would reasonably be expected to appear.
  • In order to be entitled to claim under the warranty, you must stop using the product as soon as you become aware of a possible defect and notify TMA of the issue.
To make a warranty claim, please complete and email the Request for Warranty Claim form, together with proof of purchase. TMA will then assess your claim and may contact you for further information. Once your claim has been assessed, TMA will issue a Return Authorisation Number and will provide you with a return shipping address. The item must be sent (postmarked as ‘shipped’) to TMA within 14 days of our email authorising return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, TMA will notify you by phone or email that we have received your returned item and whether your warranty claim has been approved or rejected.

If the warranty claim is approved, TMA will either replace your item or process your refund, within five business days. TMA will also refund your shipping costs for returning the item to us (proof of purchase required). A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If the warranty claim is rejected, the item can be returned to you at your request and at your expense, with shipping cost not to exceed the original shipping cost.

TMA is not liable to pay any labour cost for fitting or re-fitting of a product replaced under warranty.

Any benefits provided to you by the warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies available to you under the law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
